All reservations will be subject to our Advance Deposit Policy. An advance deposit equal to one night's room and tax will be collected for all reservations of one night. An advance deposit equal to 50% of the total room and tax will be collected for all reservations of two nights or longer. An advance deposit equal to 100% of the total room and tax will be collected for all reservations made within 14 days of arrival. Advance deposits will be charged to the credit card on file and are subject to the Cancellation Policy below.
Reservations are secured with a Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Card.
If your plans happen to change after you have confirmed your reservation, a cancellation notice is required 14 days prior to your arrival date by contacting the inn via phone or through our website to receive a refund for your reservation. Reservations canceled with a notice of 14 days or less prior to arrival date will be charged in full on the original date of departure, unless we are able to re-book your room(s) with another party. All canceled reservations will be charged a cancellation fee; for one night stays the charge is $25.00; for stays of two nights or longer the fee is ten percent of the total room rate.
The cancellation policy also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay, and no refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.
Check-in is 4pm to 6pm. We are happy to make arrangements for late arrivals with advance notice. Check-out is by 11am.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets or children under the age of 18.
We do offer parking for guests with small or midsize cars on a first come basis. We are sorry but we cannot accommodate full sized SUV's or trucks in our driveway.
