Deposits, Cancellations & Refunds:

A deposit of one night (plus 7% state tax) is required at time of reservation, We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover for deposit, and you may also pay any balance due by personal or travelers checks, or cash.

If your plans change after your reservation is confirmed, cancellation notice is required 14 days in advance of arrival date to obtain a refund of deposit. With less notice 14 days or less, we will only refund your deposit if we are able to rent the room to another party. Any rooms canceled will be charged a $15.00 cancellation Fee.

The cancellation policy also applies to changes in your arrival/departure date which result in a shorter stay, and no refunds are provided for late arrivals or early departures.

Check-in is 3pm to 7pm. Arrangements can be made for late arrival.
Check-out is by 11am.
