We suggest reservations be made by phone as far ahead as possible. To confirm a reservation a credit card number is required. The Inn on Carleton accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, cash, personal checks and traveler's checks. A reservation confirmation along with a brochure and directions to the Inn will be sent by return mail.

TARRIFF SCHEDULE

In-Season (May 21st to November 17th):    $129.00 - $219.00 (Double Occupancy)

Serenity-Season (November 17th to May 21st): (EXCEPT HOLIDAYS):    $99.00 - $179.00 (Double Occupancy)

• Maine lodging tax is 7%
• Add $25.00 for an additional person.

Cancellation/Refund Policy: You may cancel or shorten your reservation, without a penalty 14 days prior to your arrival. If you cancel or shorten your reservation after the 14-day grace period, you will be charged for one night. Exceptions: If the room rents to someone else, you be charged only a $35.00 service charge.

Check-in time is between 4:00 and 6:00 P.M. Special arrangements can be made for either early or late arrivals.

Check-out time is 10:30 A.M., however, guests may continue to use the parlor. You may relocate your luggage to our holding area, on the first floor. This allows our staff to properly chamber the rooms to serve the arrival of our next guests.

Smoking is not permitted in the Inn for safety reasons as well as for the comfort of other guests.

We will be happy to accommodate children ages nine and older.
